All monthly service and support packages include in-person start-up training, ongoing training webinars, telephone support, online Help guide, and software updates and update training.

Tier 1 - Essential Support - $155 per month

Tier 2 - Support - $225 per month
Includes two extra hours (10 hours total) of in-person start-up training, plus up to five ongoing training webinars annually.

Tier 3 - Support - $435 per month
For the larger or multi-site operation. Includes 18 hours of introductory training, follow-up training and Admin training; twice the allowance for support calls (10 calls monthly), Access to the ADCare Software Online Technical Support Center, and exclusive training webinars (offered quarterly) on in-depth A*D*Care software topics. Additional financial incentives and rewards available depending on packages and payment plans.
